This course is designed to help the beginner painter learn about color theory and color mixing. You will start by learning some basic terminology and then slowly build your fundamental color mixing skills through simple step by step assignments.

- 40ml Acryla Gouache paints: Titanium White, Primary Yellow, Magenta, Cyan (cool primaries)
- 40ml Acryla Gouache paints: Deep Yellow, Ultramarine Blue, Scarlet Red (warm primaries)
- Gray Scale & Value Finder (purchase a chart or create your own version using black and white paint)
- Brushes (I like a 1/2" flat brush & #6 round)
- Palette Knife
- HB Pencil (+ pencil sharpener and eraser)
- Masking Tape
- Watercolor Sketchbook (140lb, cold press)
